I can’t recommend these guys enough! From start to finish, they were professional, knowledgeable, reliable, and genuinely cared about doing the job right. They showed up when they said they would, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done properly and safely.
It’s hard to find tradespeople you can actually trust, but these guys definitely earned mine. The quality of their work was excellent, they were respectful of the property, and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.
If you’re looking for an electrician who knows what they’re doing and actually stands behind their work, I’d definitely give them a call. 10 stars all day!

WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND! True Electric is great! Michael and Ian did a great job replacing our electric vehicle charger! They were quick to book a time – honoured the time they scheduled and arrived promptly. This is not the case with many electricians. They were transparent with pricing and happy to go the extra mile to get the job done.

We are the strata of a 30-year-old townhouse complex. True Electric successfully completed an inspection and re-torquing of the residential lugs that terminate the aluminum wire feeds from our electrical rooms. They followed the best practices of heavy industrial sites by doing a thermal scan to detect problems, retorquing the connections that had softened over time, and providing a photographic reference of their work. We were very pleased with their price and performance. They are true professionals.

We first met Michael in 2021 when he completed some electrical repairs in our condo. We were extremely impressed with his professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail. Since then, we've referred him to several other residents in our building, and every one of them has had a great experience.
Michael has also completed a number of electrical projects for our strata. He is knowledgeable, reliable, and always takes the time to explain the options, offering practical and cost-effective recommendations when needed. His work is consistently completed to a high standard, and he is responsive, honest, and easy to work with.
It's not often you find a contractor who is both highly skilled and genuinely committed to providing excellent customer service. We highly recommend Michael for any residential or strata electrical work. Five stars!

We’ve been using Michael and his team at True Electric for many years. They continue to impress with their prompt & efficient service and reasonable prices. I’ve used them for both my home and office electrical needs. They don’t mind that sometimes it’s as simple as changing track lighting we can’t reach or as difficult as installing a whole new ballast. Always reliable, on time & they save us money with their honesty on what is worth fixing & what needs replacing. Thanks Team True Electric. Christine @ Expedia Cruises in Kerrisdale

The important thing about hiring any professional to work on issues with your home is the knowledge, expertise and communication involved. With Michael I was informed on what was going on with my electrical, the work that was done and importantly that things were safe and what was outside our control, eg. BC Hydro. Recommended
